KEEP HORMONES AND ANTIBIOTICS OFF THE MENU

Meat may seem to be a natural product basically, but beef, pork, chicken, turkey, and many more are the foods that accompany many hormones by feeding process in cells of them.

Currently, six different steroid hormones are FDA approved for use in "food animals." These are natural hormones estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, trenbolone acetate and synthetic hormones, progestin melengestrol acetate, and zeranol, all of which make animals grow faster and produce more lean meat for food. Dairy cows are usually treated with recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH) to increase milk production. However, in some countries it is forbidden for the hormones in foods to stimulate the quality of the meat and milk of cattle and poultry.

Antibiotics are also frequently used for raising animals for food. In some cases, these drugs protect the animals from the unsanitary living conditions found in industrial feedlots. In other cases, antibiotics may encourage weight gain or counteract the effects of other treatments.

In addition to hormones and antibiotics, other medicines for animals to enhance growth and meat quality. The type of ractopamine, also used a lot to stimulate livestock are more lean and more milk without consuming food. Ractopamine banned for human use, but because it is more conducive to farming during the week immediately prior to slaughter, and traces of the drug remain in meat from treated animals.

So the best way to avoid these kinds of ideas and hormones increase the drugs that we use more inorganic foods like vegetables, fruits, meat ... and if we should use use from safe sources and be sure.
